You can come to us for Medicaid physicals. This physical starts for infants at the age of 3 months and then you have to visit us when the baby is 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months, and 36 months of age. It occurs annually between the age of 4 years and 21 years. You can scheduled your appointment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 1:00 PM.
